New Site!  Everything you ever needed to know about polyhedra (and more) is available at Paper Models of Polyhedra.   Polyhedra are beautiful 3-D geometrical figures that have fascinated philosophers, mathematicians and artists for millennia. More than eighty paper models available for free.
A Maths Dictionary for Kids is an animated, interactive dictionary for students which explains over 400 common mathematical terms in simple language.
Check in at the Chance Server and find out all about chance.  Includes Chance news, information that can be used in the classroom setting to make statistics and probability fun.
Mathematical Logic Around the World offers a vast array of information on logic as it pertains to math.
Find a lengthy list of mathematicians organized chronologically from 1700 B.C. to modern times at Chronology List of Mathematicians.
History of Math Archives will give you the real story about the history of math.  Read well-researched essays on various topics in the history of math as well as biographies of well known mathematicians.
InterMath is a professional development effort designed to support teachers in becoming better mathematical educators.  It focuses on mathematical investigations that are supported by technology.  It includes a workshop component as well as an ongoing support community which includes a lesson plan database and discussion board.
Eric's Slide Rule Site contains scans and descriptions of a growing collection of slide rules, along with several pages of (hopefully) useful background information.
What could learning about making a pinhole spy have to do with anything?  Visit Pinhole Spy Camera and find out.
Mr. Hoffman's Math Page offers just about anything a high school math class could need, no matter how hard or easy it might be.
Math2 will prove to be a valuable resource for when you are trying to solve a particular problem and can't find the correct formula.

Discovery School's WebMath offers help in quite a range of topics covered in Math.  Enter the problem, WebMath will work it and explain how it arrived at the answer. 
Dijit Consulting posts two new brain teasers a month that will be challenging for the high school math class.
Internet Math Challenge (IMC) is a weekly K-12 math challenge where students can actually win prizes for correct answers submitted.
QuickMath is an automated service for answering common math problems over the Internet for you.

Algebra:

Sharpen your pencils, pull out your calculators, and turn on your brain....A challenging, puzzling, no-calculus, weekly contest problem to test your skills hosted by Dan's Math@Home Problem of the Week.  Also contains a great "Math Jokes" page.
Algebra Online offers free private tutoring along with a message board.
Math Forum contains an Algebra Problem of the Week, complete with archives of earlier problems.  Also visit their Student Center and Teacher's Place.
Ask Dr. Math can answer just about any question you might have about algebra.  If the answer isn't already there, submit it and you'll soon receive the answer!  (also hosted by Math Forum)
Math Magic is a K-12 telecommunications project intended to provide motivation for students to use computer technology while increasing problem-solving strategies and communications skills.  Features challenges in all grade levels.

Geometry

Geometry Algorithms.com offers online resources for developing geometry algorithm software.  So, whether you're just interested in learning about these types of algorithms, or have a real problem to solve, look around our site. 
The Geometry Center has downloadable software, projects, multimedia documents and much more pertaining to geometry.
The Geometry Junkyard contains usenet clippings, web pointers, lecture notes, research excerpts, papers, abstracts, programs, problems, and other stuff related to discrete and computational geometry.  Lots of fun stuff found there too!
At Xah's Home Page you will find a variety of information that will be interesting!
Euclid have you stumped? Archimedes run rings around your head? Well you've come to the right place. Thinkquest is where you'll find almost everything you'll ever need to know about Geometry. They have a special page on constructions and plenty of sample problems to help you understand the concepts. Have a blast and don't forget to check out the Glossary - it's huge!

Calculus:

Hotmath helps students learn math with guided step-by-step solutions for math homework problems in popular math textbooks.
Visual Calculus provides several different tutorials to help with calculus.
Automatic Calculus Derivatives and Integrals offers a wide variety of calculus help.
At A Catalog of Mathematics Resources on WWW and the Internet, you will find more than 200 links to sites that deal strictly with math.

Thinkquest is a great site that covers many topics in calculus.
e-Calculus is a Calculus I tutorial written in TeX and converted to the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Features include verbose discussion of topics, typeset quality mathematics, user interactivity in the form of multiple choice quizzes, in-line examples and exercises with complete solutions, and pop-up graphics.
The Calculus Page offers resources for the student as well as the instructor.  Includes step-by-step solutions as well as practice exams.
Alvirne's AP Calculus Class contains a calculus problem of the week along with various other resources.
Karl's Calculus Tutor is a comprehensive site dealing with calculus.
